Review

The kitchen floor is separated in several spots, with some pretty large gaps. The refrigerator in the kitchen had issues. Door has to be adjusted each time to close properly and it wasn't cooling properly on the last day. It continually beeped and there was a “HI” error message saying it was 54 degrees. Everything else was fine.

Fantastic house in a great location!

Property was beautiful and looked just like the photos. It was in a great neighborhood walking distance to a beautiful park. Property owners were responsive and communicative, and made both the check-in and check-out process very easy. Would happily stay here again!

Great house for larger groups

The house was great for our group of 10. There are some maintenance problems that need addressing or repaired (railings/toilets loose, pool lounge chairs wobbly, outdoor electric outlets weren't working) but overall they did not affect our stay and we had a great time. We had dinner in the backyard around 7pm and did hear the neighbors sound machine which was very loud as previous reviewers mentioned.

Great location and great pool area

We stayed in this home with a group of 5 couples for a family wedding. The home was able to accommodate us all and was spacious. The owner was amazing with communication and the checkin process was a breeze. The home is very well stocked with all utensils you would ever need, extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, soaps (body wash, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent, hand soap), pool towels and we even found box fans which made my fan sleeping family very happy. The home was clean and the backyard pool area is awesome to enjoy morning coffee or cool off on a hot day. The bags set and outdoor Jenga was great too. The home itself does have some wear and tear and a couple things were broken but that didn’t bother us much as it was pretty clean and everything we tried worked great. The basement area with the pool table was a great evening hang out spot. There is also a lot of room to park (two spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway and street parking). The location couldn’t be more perfect as most things were only 10 mins away including top golf and old town Scottsdale. We also had options for transportation as Waymo(self driving cars) picked up at this house. We were respectful of the neighbors and had no issues. Overall, this home checked all the boxes we needed for a group of 10 adults and we would stay there again.

I booked the property for a golf trip with some friends. For our purposes, the house was completely average. The check in process was simple and the house was clean enough. The negatives are: (1) many of the fixtures and appliances in the house are broken; (2) even though we requested the pool heat to be turned on it was not - so we were unable to use the pool for the extent of our visit; and (3) it’s pretty clear the neighbors are sick of living next to this house and intentionally sought to make our use of the outdoor space unpleasant. Overall, I probably would not reccomend unless you go in with low expectations.

Good stay, but property needs refinement

I do want to let you know that there are several small details that need to be addressed in the property (e.g. loose main fridge freezer door, loose main bath shower head, loose main closet curtains, loose billiard room curtains and other lower room curtains, loose lower room toilet, loose sun chairs, broken umbrellas, loose kitchen cabinets, loose/broken base boards, sliding door to backyard doesn’t lock properly and other minor issues). I recommend a full inspection and repair of these things before another rental. In addition, the neighbors were very rude and yelled to my kids to be quiet when they were in the pool and set up a speaker with white noise near the left corner of the backyard which was very loud. I would also recommend talking to the neighbors about this situation which is offensive to paying guests. Not to mention that the white artificial noise was louder than any natural noise we made.

Fantastic House for a Large Group!

I stayed in this property for a bachelor party of 16 guys, and it was the ideal house for our trip. The neighborhood is safe and close to multiple grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The house is large and as-advertised, with plenty of space and many beds of different sizes. The backyard has space for cornhole, grilling, and hanging out and the pool is heated and a good size. The hosts were fantastic throughout the process and responded quickly to any question we had. I would recommend this property for any large group.

Great house in wonderful location

We stayed at this home with extended family for a wedding. Five couples and one couple had 3 kids, so 13 of us. The house really fit us well, we heated the pool and the kids really enjoyed and the pool table was nice for adults in the evening. Managers easy to work with. We especially appreciated we didn’t have to do anything but take out trash at checkout. Super nice with different folks leaving on different days. Definitely recommend!

Plenty of Space

We had 3 families staying. Our son’s & daughter’s family came from Iowa. We winter in Florence AZ so short trip for us. I was looking for lots of living space, bedrooms and bathrooms…the house did not disappoint. We had plenty of bath linens. However no kitchen linens and I asked twice for them. Aesthetically the house was good, nicely decorated…until you looked down. Woodwork needs TLC. The kitchen flooring was terrible with the laminate pulling apart showing big gaps and the stairs had big chunks taken out of the trim…I suppose due to wheeled suitcases being pulled up them. The cream colored sofa in the living room really needs to be replaced. It sags when being sat on. Cover is pilling and dingy. All in all we so enjoyed being with our kids and grandkids and felt safe in this neighborhood. Host was responsive to messages and I’m sure the owners have plans to upgrade the problems. If so, I’d stay again.

Hard to beat for a large group

House was very well appointed and has tons of space for a large group. Pool was amazing and we stayed cool in the hot June weather. Old Town is a short ride share away. Would definitely come back to this property.

Great venue for golfing break

The guys running this house were so responsive to any small issues we had. Highly recommend for golfing breaks. Well stocked with condiments and toiletries. Would recommend overhanging trees are trimmed down as they hang over the pool area. Thanks to the management team. First class.

Great house for a group!

Recently came down for a bachelor party and had a great experience. Lots of space for a big group with everything you need. The second fridge was very handy and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in process was smooth and virtual, would definitely recommend!
