This house was absolutely fabulous: well equipped, clean and so fun. The backyard is amazing with tons of seating, games and a great pool. The house was stocked with everything needed. We had a wonderful time! Our owner/hosts were there to meet us and provided a great experience! Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Great Property with Great Hosts

The property is perfect for both adults and children - Indoor: clean, well kept, plenty of beds, nice appliances, indoor games (billiards, shuffleboard, classic video game machine, board games). Outdoor: huge backyard with activities for all ages - great swimming pool with diving board, outdoor sport court/basketball/pickleball, firepit and clean grill area. Perfect location: short drive to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants, great neighborhood to walk around a golf course or up into the mountains. Hosts were welcoming, friendly and available to quickly answer questions. We had a great experience and highly recommend the property. Thank you Kiem and Caroline!

Great central location for all Scottsdale activities!

We can’t to Arizona for spring break to watch some spring training and do a little hiking. This location is in a great, centrally located neighborhood. We had an easy time getting to many of the baseball fields during the day and were close to downtown Scottsdale to go to activities like Top Golf when we got home. We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool and playing wiffle ball in the large yard too! The house is spacious, super clean and has everything you need! Can’t wait to come back!

Great House and Amazing Location

Kiem and Caroline were spectacular hosts. The house is amazing and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. One of our guests even baked a cake while we were staying there. The rooms are clean and have plenty of beds for everyone. The backyard is huge and they have tons of games, activities, and toys for all ages. We loved the house. The location is so perfect. Close to all activities you could want. We barely drove 15 minutes the entire trip. Finally, the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We had a few questions and they were available right away to help and answer them. They purchased a high chair for our youngest son as they knew we needed one! They even dropped off donuts in the morning for the kids! Renting with Kiem and Caroline was such a better experience when compared to a large corporate rental group. We will be planning on going back to stay at this VRBO. It was awesome and everything was as good or better than advertised. Thank you Kiem and Caroline!

Trip to see spring training games and enjoy the weather

The property is really great - very clean, well kept, lots of rooms, all the appliances worked, the pool was warm, plenty of beds, lots of games to play inside and out including pool and shuffle board. We cooked and grilled a lot at the house - the kitchen and out door grill area are clean and everything worked great. The location is a short drive to stores and Scottsdale restaurants so you can't beat the location. Watched a lot of NCAA games - the TV is large with a sound system. The property owners are nice and went out of their way to be helpful and answer questions we had. I can't say enough good things about them. Overall, we had a great experience - no complaints and we highly recommend the property.

Lovely home, lots of room

Best-stocked rental home ever!

This was a fabulous home that could sleep a lot of people; we only had 8 so it was quite roomy. The property description is more than accurate - everything listed was there, in working order, and clean. There were so many activities available at the house that we mostly stayed in, just enjoying hanging out with extended family over the Thanksgiving holiday. In fact, we barely had time to try all they had to offer -- swimming pool with diving board, outdoor games, sport court/pickleball, indoor games (billiards, shuffleboard, classic video game machine, board games and kid's toys). The kitchen was amazing, too, with spices, cooking oil, coffee, and enough utensils, dinnerware and cookware to feed an army. Have to give a shout out to Caroline, our host, who provided beverages, homemade banana bread (with chocolate chips!), fresh flowers, and a mid-stay delivery of donuts. She was so considerate, easy to communicate with, and obviously caring that her guests had a good time. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing house with an amazing host

This house was perfect for a group golf getaway. Plenty of beds, great kitchen, game room, and outdoor space. Moreover, the host Caroline was amazing to work with and made our stay super easy. Would book again in a second.

Golf Trip HQ

This property was perfect for our annual golf trip to Scottsdale. Inside, there was plenty of space and enough beds for our large number of guests. Outside, the pool was terrific and we got mileage out of the large yard for games, the ping pong table, and the basketball court. The outdoor fireplace patio played a central role--we played cards around the table each night and made use of the grill. Caroline was an accommodating host, even dropping off some of Phoenix's Rainbow Donuts Saturday AM. Our group will definitely look to return when we're back playing in Scottsdale.

Our family(8 adults and 6 gr kids ages 3-10) vacationed at this wonderful property. The house is set up well to accommodate all of us and the backyard was perfect for adults and children. You could stay on site and be totally entertained. The hostess was very prompt w any communication and super helpful!! Great memories

A Perfect Vacation Home for Families!

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful stay. Caroline and Kiem, the hosts, truly went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay very easy. We were welcomed with flowers and a large basket of goodies, and plenty of toys brought in just for our little ones (which aren't there if you are traveling without kids). The house was perfectly clean and has a brand new gourmet kitchen and new hotel-like bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our large group to all have their own rooms and space, and a beautiful back yard to swim, grill, rest and relax. The hosts live close by and were available to us for questions on local restaurants and attractions, and could be over quickly if an issue arose (and none did). The neighborhood was lovely, good for walks and exercise, and very close to restaurants etc. We were there for two weeks and had no complaints at all - we would highly recommend staying there for anyone. Private space if you are staying with a group of adults, and just wonderful if you are a family with kids.
