We did not have the code to get in before check-in.Allergy / health concern (kids) We have kids with allergies, and the condition of the kitchen made it difficult for us to safely prepare food. When we arrived, the kitchen surfaces/counters were visibly dirty and the dishes/kitchen items did not appear clean, which was a major concern for us given allergy sensitivities.
