The staff at the hotel were not in when I arrived and I was unaware that I needed to go down a nearby alley to retrieve my entry fob for the hotel and my room. The alley was dark and If I hadn't had the flashlight on my phone I would never have found box #58. It was only with the help of a resident that I was shown the box area. The information was not included in my pre-visit arrival. During the stay my fob stopped working after hours and I couldn't get into my room. I finally called VRBO for help and again had to go down the dark alley to find an emergency key. The parking lot was 100 yards from the hotel and I have a leg problem. It was very stressful walking back and forth with luggage, groceries, etc.The reservation process was dreadful with your AI assistant telling me I was being scammed and not to send money to a group that said they wanted it. It took forever to get the reservation with someone named Bismuth giving me constantly changing instructions. I would never stay there again and I'm very disappointed that VRBO suggested this place. I would appreciate a partial refund for the numerous bad situations I encountered-with more that I haven't listed here.
