Even better than described

It's the perfect getaway with friends and family! Everything is as great as in the pictures! Then we get there, and there is a mini game room in the garage for the kids, yard games available, and an exemplarily stocked kitchen! Highly recommend!

Fun Family Trip

We had a family of adults stay for a week and had a wonderful experience. The property owner was quick to answer questions . The house is spacious, has a handful of games to entertain and the pool is extremely large. We would stay here again.

Great home for a family, multiple families or a casual group. The house is clean and well-stocked with supplies. The backyard is amazing. The property manager provided prompt service and the check in process was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this home and the property.

Lovely Stay at Agave

We rented this house for a girl's trip and we loved everything about the home! It was spacious enough for all 6 of us and the setup made it easy for us to come together as a group (snacking in the kitchen, hanging out in the living room, patio, late night convo's near within the master, etc) or move around solo when needed to handle personal matters. We had one issue with the hot-tub (outside our control) and with the lights that was addressed by maintenance. I would stay again if and when visiting Phoenix, AZ!

The property and home are absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming. We had an issue with the pool lights and pool water feature; however, the property manager was very responsive and it was resolved timely.

Communication was great, porter was quick to respond. Location was great, it is a very QUIET neighborhood, very clean, drive 5 minutes or less for anything, Target, Safeway, gas, food. Extra pillows and blankets, towels stocked. For larger groups and longer stays, maybe add some more bathroom necessities like toilet paper ect. We did notice there were a few tiles on the back patio that were loose, when you get out of the amazing, very clean pool, you could slip. The backyard has a little golf court, float devices, corn hole, patio furniture, it’s perfect for entertaining. The garage has foosball and ping pong, AC and it was so fun! Check in and out was a breeze. We found a scorpion in the large bathroom, sent them a message and they responded right away with questions. This house is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about it. The beds are super comfy. The bunk beds are full/queen size and fit couples easily! Well decorated, and gorgeous.

Best Vacation House I’ve Ever Rented

We absolutely loved everything about this house and the back yard was heaven! It was myself and 4 girlfriends and the house space was perfect for us with room to spare. The owners of this house have thought of absolutely everything! If I find myself back in Phoenix are I would definitely book this place again. I was disappointed that we didn’t have a heated hot tub or pool waterfall unless we paid another $150.00 a day, other than that it was flawless.

An overview of our stay-

My family loves to book VRBO's when we have fun celebrations coming up. My birthday is in May so we thought it would be a fun getaway. We were please with the comfort of the beds and enough blankets for our family of 6. The selection of cable, roku hubs, and tv's through out the house and outside were amazing. There were quite a few items that needed repaired such as stone tiles outside on the steps that I was nervous my children would trip over. The house is very minimal on basic supplies such as coffee filters, condiments, towels, and cleaning products. We wanted to wipe down counters from cooking chicken one night and didn't find anything. We also were only given a few dishwasher pods as well as washing machine pods so were not able to keep up with making sure everything was washed. We found black hairs, cigarette buds, and wrappers through out the property. The living room stays cool with the AC but find that the master bedroom gets quite warm. We had issues with enough hot water to get everyone showered with a family of 6. My other issue was all the bunk beds where my kids were excited to snag upon arrival were IN the master bedroom. They are located in a small room that is joint to the master bedroom, no door to shut them in for sleeping. We were looking forward to quiet evenings alone and not having children in our master suite. Unfortunately we wont be booking this house again for one of our many stays that we do in AZ.

Very nice property for a decent price

This place had everything we needed and more. There were just a couple of items that were mildly bothersome (e.g., we were told to keep the pool cleaning apparatus in the pool for our entire stay, so that was weird and got in the way for the people swimming in the pool). Other than that, it was truly a wonderful property.

Perfect for our family vacation

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with this property and the management company. Our original property we had booked canceled on us less than 2 weeks before our trip, and we are so happy they did! This property was exceptional! They thought of everything we might need for our stay. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was convenient. While we didn’t have the best weather during our trip, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub/spa, the pool, and putting green just about every day. Everything was neat and clean and the house and outdoor space were gorgeous. We kept commenting during our stay on how much we loved the house. It really was perfect for us. We would highly recommend staying at this property. We will be back!
