Disappointing Experience.Our extended family travels yearly to AZ for sunshine and pool time over the Thanksgiving holiday (typically the best week of the year for the 7 kids under 13). We pre-paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated and were very disappointed to find them both ice cold without a functioning heater. Although this was escalated upon arrival and troubleshooting techniques performed per RedAwning direction, they never worked. We called local pool maintenance companies and each stated they could send a tech that day but RedAwning assured us that they had escalated this as urgent/first available but nobody ever showed up during our 5 day stay. We requested to be relocated with no luck. RedAwning's AI generated communication made all of this incredibly frustrating and feeling like we got nowhere. Same with the calls.Bedrooms: Good sleeping arrangements for large family. Scarce bedding/extra blankets.Bathrooms: Lots of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soaps as there are none. Laundry: Nice washer/dryer, detergent and dryer sheets.Kitchen: Nice, full functional kitchen, some drawers/dishes were dirty. Old food in the cabinets (loaves of bread and expired condiments, for example). Outdoor grill/patio: The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after months of use. Worked well once we cleaned it. We appreciate the partial refund. Nice house with potential for a fun experience.
