Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, as communicating with the host proved extremely frustrating due to slow responses and missed meetings. And although the house was advertised as freshly remodeled, this was not the case, and we found it not even reasonably clean. A few examples; there was an unpleasant odor immediately upon entering, the couches were not clean, the floors were not clean, and the showers were not clean. And a few examples regarding general maintenance, the kitchen sink faucet was almost completely detached from the countertop and would flop around during use. The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet every time the door was opened. Every time the HVAC system ran, it blew smelly air. Some of the kitchen chairs were dangerously unstable. And regarding lighting and flooring, there were lights missing bulbs, bulbs that were burnt out, and there were large gaps in between the floor planks. And regarding the spa, which was unusable – the water was smelly and murky, and the spa’s electrical disconnect switch wires were exposed, posing a serious safety risk! Ultimately, after the HVAC stopped working, we had to leave. Given all the issues we experienced, we cannot recommend this property.
