The house was comfortable and the yard and pool enjoyable. It was a quiet neighborhood that we were relaxed in. The air conditioner could not be set any lower than 75 degrees and just kept the house too warm especially at night for sleeping.The heatwave in March had temperatures ranging from 96 to 104. All the rooms had ceiling fans. The unheated pool was comfortable because it was so hot.

The house itself has a lot of potential. Nice pool area, putting green. Beds were ok, linens clean. The location is great. The kitchen seemed clean at first, until i started taking coffee cups out for coffee. They were not cleaned at all, two were two were not. I started checking the rest of what we were going to use...so disgusting. Silverware, pots and pans, some of the frying pans were rusty, and greasy ...had to clean everything i used. I have better luck going through an owner that manages their own property through VRBO than a management company on VRBO.

Great property for family

Very close to State Farm stadium and easy access to downtown and to mountains for hiking. Great communications and easy check-in and check-out. Very well maintained and clean. Great choice for a family stay. Back yard is fantastic, quiet neighborhood.

Clean comfortable house, only in town for two nights. House was very close to the Cardinals football stadium and located in a good neighborhood, older home but very clean. Comfy beds and large bedrooms

We went to Arizona for a baseball tournament. We had a great stay. The place was nice and clean. The pool was nice in size and we were able to enjoy our down time. Communication on what to do was perfect.

1st visit to Phoenix

This house was just as advertised - a really nice property, clean, plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was perfect for being fairly close to Talking Sticks Amphitheater - a really nice venue. If we come back, I'd definitely look into re-booking this house.

The property was very nice. The backyard and patio were very nice to enjoy on a fall evening. Host was very easy to deal with and the check in/out instructions were very easy to understand and conveyed early enough that it was very easy to make plans around it
