Great house. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone to lounge.

Pool was awesome, beds were pretty comfy. It took us a minute to figure out the stove but it worked good once we got it. Temperature inside was fine. 5 adult females. We felt totally safe there. The lights and light switches were a little weird but nothing that couldn’t be figured out or worked around. Overall, super clean, spacious and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary vacation

Overall, we were pleased. However, there were some issues that should be addressed. The main issue is that the master bedroom and bathroom were extremely warm versus the bedrooms on the other side of the house. In order to sleep comfortably, the door needed to stay open, and the curtains needed to be closed all day so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The pool could have used a cleaning before we got there. There was a lot of debris on the bottom and I would recommend that you put some type of a handrail to get into the pool. For older adults it was a little difficult to navigate the steps. Also, it would’ve been nice to have four dining chairs outside. Two were broken and the Furniture outside is a little tired looking. None of us were used to using an induction stove so it would be helpful if there were some type of instructions, but we did manage. It was a great location in order to do all the traveling that we did. We found it centrally relocated, and the home itself is beautifully manicured and landscaped. The pool was heated to 85 each day which was ok. Would have been nice to have it a little warmer but we managed . The check in process was seamless and your team was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you

Very nice and clean place! Very nice layout. Enjoyed the place. Checking in, never got an email or anything that said I had to send multiple pictures to prove identification before being able to check in. Instructions were not clear of how to do face with ID In it. The link is very hard to use, once I sent pictures directly to a phone number everything was good!

Nice property

Good property with plenty of room. Furniture was not great. Undersized box spring in one room for mattress, bed frame in primary suite was broken. Coffee table in sitting area broken. Definitely had the feel of a rental property.

Scottsdale Stay

We came to Scottsdale to meet up with family that lives in Gilbert to celebrate our grandson's first birthday and fathers day. The house is large, beds comfortable and the pool and outdoor area very nice. The location is also very good. We would give this property 3.5 to 4 stars. The reason for this mostly is the temperature of the house. When we arrived the house was very warm and set to 74 degrees. There is no way to lower the temperature without contacting the property manager, She responded right away and did lower the temp. However, it was 110 outside and in the living room, kitchen area it did not work well. The only fan in the living room had one speed, very slow! While we understand that it costs a lot to cool a house, it also costs a lot to rent it. A few other things to note is the cooktop is induction and we had never used one before, had to do look it up. The outdoor misters do not work and the hallway bath tub fills does not drain well. Just a note to others renting the house, the pool steps are steep and there is no handle for getting in/out of the pool. Fine for most people most likely, but not us old folks!

Hidden Gem!!!

I'm giving this property a full five stars!!! The property was beautiful!!! The back patio with pool area was a hidden gem, especially with all the flowers in bloom. Beds were comfortable and our parents in their 70's and grandparents in their 90's had a wonderful time and no issues with mobility even with one using a walker and the other using a cane. Thank you so very much for beautiful memories!!!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There was no mat in bathtub causing a family member to slip and fall and that shower also had a very low showerhead. The pool was not working well and we had to have the pool company come out twice to fix it. I had very good communication with the property management about the pool though, and they came and fixed it for our last day in the pool. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay with my family.

Beautiful and comfortable property

We loved this house and had a super comfortable, relaxing easy time here. So many rooms, bathrooms, and their wonderful size and design felt so luxurious and spacious. Also love the 1 level plan. Side yard patio and pool are just gorgeous and tho it wasn’t pool weather we spent lots of time just hanging out there. The only comment we had was that oddly the house is not really well lit so kind of dim and darkish at places. Lots of outlets etc but either no functional lamps or tiny low lights. That being said, the management company was outstanding at working with us immediately to bring some new lamps over…and also a shower plumbing issue that was fixed the very next day. I would really encourage a bit of a lighting upgrade though…it was just a bit odd. But we loved the place and hope to stay for longer next winter!

Great house, great host

We really loved this house, which is spacious, beautifully decorated, furnished and landscaped, with a lovely backyard and pool. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The host was kind and responsive. Although it's a no-pets listing, it smelled at first like a dog had recently lived there, but that went away after a couple days.

East Sunnyside Sensation

The property was as advertised. Very nice property in a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Our stay at this gem was as expected. We encountered an unexpected couple of cool windy days, so we didn't spend much time outside (as we'd liked to have) although the patio and pool were nice. I always ask myself if I would return to a place, and this one I surely would.
