I’m giving it four stars only because I feel some sense of responsibility for not reading the fine print. As far as the house goes, it is very nice and very large. The location is good for proximity to downtown Chandler. On the other hand, it is a very old neighborhood and we did hear loud thumping music at about 3:30 in the morning. I realize this is beyond the owners control, but indicative of the area. Yes there are three bathroom bathrooms plus a half bath, but the one bathroom that serves two of the bedrooms does not have a shower. Only a bath. Now, most people do not take a bath therefore, our other guests had to come into our en suite to take a shower. They really need to put a shower head in that bathroom. The home was very clean and nicely appointed. What upset me about the home? I imagine could’ve been avoided if I read the fine print. I booked it kind of in a hurry because I needed a place to say for our son’s memorial. These things are planned at the last minute. The home is available to sleep before I believe 10 people. At the end of the memorial I wanted a few friends to come over and sit for a little while to decompress. The fine print says that we’re only allowed to have two additional people at the house at any time other than those who are staying there. I did the right thing and asked if we could have a few extra people over for a couple of hours and that they would be gone by nine and I was told no. The rules are ridiculous. Be aware.
