The staff was quite exceptional. So helpful. The rooms however could be more like other motel rooms of similar price. They offer no shampoo, conditioner or dryer. You can get kitchen stuff from office of you ask.

Im a very long term since 2023 but my reviws regarding the property itself needs much improvement with trash spilled liquids still visible. And numerous issues with laundry. My review regarding the staff...more than excellent. Miss April has been more than helpful and when i left out of state she went above and beyond while i was gone 12 days.

Dirty sheets, no comforter, shower has serious mold and mildew growth especially around the soap holder. The girl who checked me in was not informed and charged me an extra whole days worth for checking in a few hours early when she told me it would only be $20 more and then the staff the next day refused to credit me or do anything to offset the fact that I was lied to by their staff and if I had been told to wait two hours and not have to pay the extra $80 I would have happily waited despite driving over 30 hours to get there.

The staff is Super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond. But room did need a little extra cleaning. Be aware, motel has NO amenities except soap. No shampoo or blow drier. Kitchen set up on request.

Security was only there on the weekends. On my last night there some artempted ro break into my room first thru the door then thru the window had to call the police and come to find out they robbed the room above me earlier that night it was unfortunate security wasnt there since this happened on a weekday

Our room smelled of chemicals and there was rust all over the showers, one of the beds had a brownish stain on the comforter and some of the outlets didn’t work..

This was supposedly an extended Stay hotel. There was a fridge, microwave and stove top. The property had no ice machine. And the unit had NO dishes or glasses. Bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. I would never stay again.

We stayed five days for our daughters volleyball tounament. The price was great especially because it came with a kitchen & the amenities, refrigerator and laundry mat within the property. The property maybe dated but the bed was comfortable & it had hot water. I would have given 5 stars but the room smelt like cigarettes which made our allergies go crazy, but I would return.

Cat in our dresser drawer, stuck, out of breath and thirsty. For who even knows how long but we have the video. Reaked of urine in the entire room. The heat didn’t work and it was 55 degrees in the room with a nasty smell, bed, disgusting trash underneath the bed. And the bath didn’t drain. No help whatsoever from anyone. Like it was no big deal and normal for us the find a RANDOM/severely scared cat in your hotel room drawers in which you paid $200 for ONE night. I tried to fight this that night the. Again the next morning well before checkout & again in the afternoon & evening. Pretty pathetic that no one can see what’s wrong with the pic.

The staff were polite. The only rooms they had left were smoking rooms and they reeked of cigarettes, the walls were dirty and looked like there was dry blood on the bathroom walls. My clothes and bags still had the rooms smell lingering after my stay. Also the activity in the parking lot was too unusual and felt unsafe.

The ladies that work the desk are extremely busy most of the time. But are still very helpful. And in general very helpful. I had a double booking and they were very helpful in getting it resolved when in reality it was not their fault or problem. Very much appreciated.

Place is a dump but seems like an ok commercial area. TV doesn’t work. 110v outlet by bed doesn’t work. Tub has orange stains. Guests upstairs sound like a herd of elephants due to poor insulation between floors. Pleasant staff. Never coming back.

Old property desperately needed updating. May not be a bad idea to remove the Security Guard posted in the main office and have them out on property? Gives off an unsafe vibe. Manager at check-in was friendly, helpful, and very patient with her manager trainee.
