The space
This vacation rental is perfect for your next visit to Scottsdale! The home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. With an open floorpan created with the intention to entertain, you can enjoy the full space and create the special memories every vacation should be full of. The front and back yards have been completely updated as well and are professionally maintained biweekly so you can always enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather in your private outdoor space. There is also a gas grill in the backyard and two beach cruisers available for use. The back patio has a full sofa set, coffee table and dining table with six chairs for those beautiful Scottsdale nights.

This home is single level with no stairs and has a private two-car carport. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals! We also provide k-cups and coffee packets to start each morning off just right. Perfect for entertaining, the living space is right next to the kitchen complete with a massive sectional couch, wall mounted 55 inch TV and a soundbar with connected subwoofer. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, full closet and attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and plenty of closet space. A hall bathroom is shared between the two guest bedrooms and close to the living space for easy access.



This home has a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children. Use is limited to residential purposes and things such as running a business, commercial events or parties are strictly prohibited.

Other things to note
Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Garbage and recycling bins are located outside of the laundry room door on the side of the house. The black trash bin gets picked up Monday morning and the red recycling bin is picked up Friday morning. If your stay or checkout overlaps with these days, please place the bins on the street just in front of the sidewalk for pickup.
