The Space:

This beautifully designed 9-bedroom Gilbert home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and fun, making it ideal for families, groups, and longer stays. Thoughtfully laid out to accommodate everyone, the home features one king-size bed, three queen beds, and a bunk bed with full size beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for both adults and kids.



The heart of the home is the open and welcoming living space, where guests can relax, connect, and unwind after a day of exploring Arizona. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast, family dinner, or snacks for poolside lounging. Enjoy meals indoors or step outside to the private pool area and charming patio, perfect for soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or enjoying quiet evenings under the Arizona sky.



This home is especially kid-friendly, offering board games and spaces where children can play while adults relax nearby. High-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or stay connected throughout your stay. The property is designed to feel both stylish and welcoming, with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.

Guest Access:

🔑Enjoy easy, fast, and hassle-free self check-in! After completing a simple electronic signature, you’ll receive your check-in instruction. Simply follow the steps provided for seamless entry.



⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.





We’d like to clarify that there is a guesthouse on the property—it’s a completely separate structure located at the back. A small family lives there. They do help care for the property, and the dad is actually one of the owner’s sons.



This is a spacious property with multiple structures, but rest assured, the main house is entirely yours during your stay. The family in the guesthouse does not share any indoor living spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Gilbert with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

For guest safety, there are security cameras at the front door and driveway. No cameras inside the home.

Noise monitors are installed on the exterior; they do not record, only measure decibel levels to ensure no parties.

All City of Gilbert ordinances apply during your stay.

Landscaping and pool maintenance service the property 1–2 times per week. Exact day/time cannot be guaranteed.

2 car garage for parking, as well as driveway and very large area behind RV gate.



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Storage Policy:

Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; please do not open. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



Parking Policy:

No parking on rocks

No parking on street overnight

No RV

No boats

Any additional vehicles then what fits in the driveway and garage must be behind the gate
