Une vue imprenable sur le lac depuis notre terrasse! Ouvrez la porte du patio et vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas du lac, du ruisseau babillant, du sentier pĂ©destre, du quai de pĂȘche et de la nature.

Notre communautĂ© a un sentier pĂ©destre pavĂ© autour du lac qui fait 1 mile de long. Il est fermĂ©, donc seules les communautĂ©s au bord du lac ont accĂšs au sentier. Le long du sentier, il y a des bancs, des quais de pĂȘche, des cascades, des fontaines rocheuses, un pont en bois frais et beaucoup de sauvagine. Il est idĂ©al pour un jogging rapide le matin ou une promenade tranquille le soir.

Nous avons de nouveaux courts de tennis / pickle ball (et nous fournissons l'Ă©quipement de tennis dans le condo!). Un tout nouveau spa vient de s'achever en mars!

Notre piscine est l'une des rares piscines communautaires CHAUFFÉES dans la rĂ©gion de Phoenix (oui, nous fournissons des serviettes de piscine dans le condo!). Nous avons essayĂ© d'anticiper tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour rendre vos vacances vraiment gĂ©niales!

Great experience

The condo was spectacular. Process from checking in to checking out was great. Clean and had everything we needed for the 9 days we were there.View was great every morning and the pool, hot tub and tennis courts are very well maintained.Thanks for making our week for our daughter’s wedding a successful one.

Would stay here again. Host is very much interested that your stay is complete. Takes interest and pride in the property they own and it shows. Great location if spending time on north side of Phoenix. Beautiful walking track around the lake. A sure 10.

Great stay in Phoenix!

Upon arrival, I found the condo to be clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Check in with the lock box was easy. One of the standout features of this rental was how well-stocked it was. The kitchen had all the essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and even some spices, which made cooking meals a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of towels and linens available, and supplies for the washer and dryer. The presence of a coffee maker and a selection of coffee supplies was a nice touch for early morning routines.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had about the property or local recommendations.This rental was a good choice for our vacation. We used the heated pool and tennis courts on site, and the location was close to I17 so it was easy to travel to other sites in the Phoenix area.Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic!

The condo was fantastic! We book lots of condo’s each year and this may have been the nicest condo we have stayed in. Here are just a few of the great things you can expect:-Check in is simple and communication with the Millie was timely and clear. -Condo is spacious, clean with lots of amenities.-Well stocked kitchen.-Great deck with lots of seating and great view of the pond.-Three large comfortable beds.-Easy access to the pickleball/tennis courts which we used multiple times.-Short walk to the heated pool community pool with lots of seating.-Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.-Nice walking path around the pond which easily accessible from the condo complex.-If you like golfing, Cave Creek golf course is a short 10-minute drive from the condo.We had a very enjoyable stay would not hesitate to book Millie’s place again.

Place a spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Found zero traces of any bugs, the view was great off the balcony. Plenty of parking. Easy access to get in and out of. Host was easy to get to when we had questions, coffee maker broke and was replaced same day. I will book again if I head back to Phoenix.

Amazing Property

Me and my friends visited from CA and stayed at this property recently to go to the Cardinals vs Chargers game and it provided us with the most incredible stay. The cleanliness, space, calming balcony, and 3 bedrooms all with King beds ensured me and my friends all had a fantastic stay. Not to mention the communication between the properly manager (Mille & her team) was second to none. They gave clear directions on the overall property which made the stay feel like we were at home. When visiting Phoenix AZ going forward, this will be the properly I stay at!

Very nice place

This condo was very nice. A home away from home. Check in was easy. Plenty of places nearby like restaurants and grocery stores. The deck overlooking the lake was very beautiful. We loved to sit there every morning and every evening. The only thing that would have made it better would be less noise coming from the traffic. Sometimes it was very loud. You couldn't hear it while inside the condo, but sitting on the deck you certainly could. Otherwise it was amazing! Great 8 day stay!

One of my Top Favorite Stays

This rental did not disappoint! From the very start, communications from the property manager were timely and informative. The property was exactly as presented in the listing. What isn't mentioned is the exceptional comfort of the beds and the quality of the bedding. The rental is completely equipped - from the kitchen supplies, tennis rackets, fishing equipment, to extra pillows. The provided throw blankets were perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage on the balcony overlooking the lake with walking trail around it. The balcony is shaded almost all day and it is so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the ducks on the lake. Despite the many activities provided on site, the condo is quiet and laid back. I hope to return to this rental in the future.

Fabulous property, location amd super clean

We loved our stay! The view over the little lake was lovely and we enjoyed walking around in the mornings. The pool and tennis courts were well kept up and were never super crowded while we were there. The amenities in the property were just what we needed. The condo was super clean, well decorated and in a great location — we were within 20-25 minutes of everything we wanted to visit! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Another plus — the condos are super well insulated 
 or at least, we had no issues with ‘neighbor noise’ :). Thank you Millie!

Spring Break 2024

We had a great week staying at this condo over spring break. The walking path was a great way to get going in the morning and the pool was close to the condo and a great place to hangout for the day. The condo was great for the 5 of us. Comfortable furniture and beds. The patio was a great place to hangout. We would stay here again in the future.

Best ‘HAPPY’ place to stay!

This place was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. Also, all kitchen drawers were well organized, kitchen utensils were quality, dishes & small appliances looked new, pans were very clean & plenty of dish towels & dishwasher pods. The bath towels were quality & in A+ shape. The mattresses were high end & comfy. The condo was immaculate! The unique decorating was fun & just made me smile. Awesome! Wish we could have stayed longer.
