We stayed here for 6 nights with three families. The house is beautiful, well-furnished, and the location worked well for our group. The rooftop patio was a highlight with amazing sunset and sunrise views.Unfortunately, the pool was not functional when we arrived. The vacuum was disconnected, the water level was too low for the equipment to operate, and the auto-fill system wasn't working. We reported the issue on Day 1 (Saturday), but the pool company doesn't work weekends and couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon. In the meantime, we spent multiple days troubleshooting on behalf of the host, including running hoses, monitoring water levels, and photographing equipment through constant back-and-forth on the VRBO app. The pool wasn't fully usable until Wednesday, giving us two days of use out of a 6-night stay.If you're booking this property for the pool, which was our primary reason, just be aware that if something goes wrong it may require significant time and effort on your part to get it resolved. We eventually received a partial refund through VRBO, which we appreciated.Great house with a lot of potential, but the pool maintenance and turnover process needs improvement.
