This hotel has very limited parking, entrance is on the East side of building and usually no one at the counter. Staff were not friendly, in person and when I called before my stay to check for amenities I was told they don’t know and to call back when the manager was there. There is one elevator and four floors. They have a couple vending machines near the elevator on the first floor near the West side exit door. The floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty. The reservation was for two people, four days & three nights (our wedding weekend) and had one small squeeze bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap and dirty towels to use, yes they were folded stained. The bed is on a metal spring frame with no box spring and the mattress is very thin. The sheets had stained mascara on them and the pillowcases. The kitchenette was not equipped with pots/pans/dishware. All cabinets were empty. There is no breakfast of any kind other than a keurig machine in their check in lobby and the vending machines pop tarts. I would not recommend nor come back here for any reason especially since we paid $600 on Expedia for this. Have the amenities and professionalism if you’re going to charge this much.
