„Enjoyed our stay and the cute garden in the back“

„The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.“

„This little house is prefect for a homey, comfort place. The location is great. We will definitely be back“

„The house was not clean. We had to vacuum sunflower seed shells out of the rug in the living room, wipe down the dining room chairs that were coated in sticky stuff, rewash dishes that were in the cupboard and we found a pill on one of the nightstands in the kid's room. There are dark smears of something on the doorframes in both bathrooms, cobwebs inside and out, and dust on all of the surfaces. The shower liner in the bathroom is moldy and there is mold in the shower of the primary bathroom ...

„Awesome people to work with! Highly recommended :)“

„Beds were super comfortable and house was perfect! “

„A charming older house in a mature neighborhood. Lovely front porch with picket fence out front that contained our dogs as we chatted amongst ourselves and with friendly neighbors walking past.“

„I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊“

„Great place in a great location. Close to a lot of large stores and restaurants, I feel like the neighborhood was very safe, and plenty of space with three bedrooms and a couch that folds into a bed. It was very comfortable for myself and my group of employees that I took on a little trip over to Medford. Would definitely love to stay here again!“

„Everything you read about this property in other reviews is 100% true. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, luxurious and quiet (especially considering it's on a street that can be busy). The hosts are responsive, thoughtful and pleasant to work with. It is absolutely a cut above other places I've stayed and I've traveled a lot. “

„Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.“
