« Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top. »

« Superbe maison au milieu des oliviers, certains oliviers ont plus de 2 siĂšcles. La maison est au calme, trĂšs confortable et trĂšs propre. La literie est trĂšs confortable. La maison se situe Ă  5 mn des termes de Saturnia. Les propriĂ©taires sont d’une trĂšs grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont offert de l’huile d’olive Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Et vu la qualitĂ©, nous leur en avons achetĂ© au moment du dĂ©part. A refaire sans hĂ©siter mais pour une pĂ©riode plus longue, la rĂ©gion mĂ©rite qu’on y passe du temps. »

« Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

« We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self

« Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt in dem kleinen Stadthaus. Die Lage im Altstadtkern ist einmalig. Der Ausblick von der RĂŒckseite des Hauses auf den Lago di Bolsena ist umwerfend. Restaurants und LebensmittellĂ€den sind in Fussweite. Montefiascone ist ein guter Ausgangsort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung (Viterbo, Orvieto, Etruskische Ausgrabungen in Vulci oder Norchia, uvm, ...). Montefiascone wirkte auf uns nicht zu touristisch, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir waren in der Nachsaison (die ersten...

« The convent is a lovely, large 16th century building which we shared as a family of 11 for 2 weeks and found it heavenly. The house is very interesting, fun and the bathrooms are a bit rustic (which adds to it's charm) but the garden is perfection. So beautiful, peaceful, fragrant and the yoga platform inspired me to do yoga every morning looking across the valley at Mount Amiata in the distance. The family used the pool every day. Sandy, the live in housekeeper, is charming and was a big help...

"Nous avons passé 2 jours dans ce petit établissement aux chambres spacieuses, avec piscine et restaurant. Bonne literie, petit déjeuner correct, belle piscine et personnel accueillant. Parking un peu limité mais possibilités de stationnement dans les rues alentour "
