« We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! »

« My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple and their dog. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balconies had amazing views over the lake. You could not be closer to ferry docks and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. The little market at top of street had wonderful produce and shopkeepers were very helpful in ensuring we had excellent ingredients for our dinners.
