Very clean. Beds are comfy. Personnel are kind and helpful. You may hear a little noises from the street over night, but that is the price to pay if you want to stay so central. Overall, great accommodation.

Schönes Grand Hotel, Personal extrem hilfsbereit, wunderschöne Ausstattung. Toplage im Zentrum und exzellente Restaurants direkt nebenan - auch ein Sterne-Restaurant: leider inzwischen Unsitte, vorab online mit Kreditkarte reservieren zu müssen, selbst wenn man 1 Stunde vorher persönlich reserviert. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.. Macht auch nichts, da Toulouse viele andere gute Restaurants zu bieten hat wie zB Le Colombier..
