The apartment was spacious, with views of the harbour and sea, and well located with good transport links and easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a loss of electricity and hot water. On Saturday morning the electricity failed, leaving us without Wifi, lighting, heating, hot water or a working refrigerator, which meant we had to discard food we had purchased.
We notified 360 Estates and were advised that a maintenance technician was on his way. After 9pm we were advised that the repairs would now take place Sunday morning and that there was no alternative accommodation available despite our request.
Although 360 Estates responded to our messages, the replies were unsupportive. No practical assistance was offered, such as portable heaters or blankets, and there was no check on our wellbeing. We also requested a refund, which was ignored, and no compensation offered.
On Sunday, the maintenance technician restored the electricity but was unable to repair hot water to one of the showers.
In conclusion, we were without electricity for 24 hours and had access to only one shower for the remainder of our stay. The disruption and stress caused by these issues significantly detracted from our holiday as we were only staying for a ling weekend.
