The stay was great! Stacy was very responsive and accommodating to our group and the location was perfect. The house was roomy but for bigger groups it'd be nice to have a couple more seats in the living room to hang out together. Cleanliness could be improved a little bit but overall was presentable. If traveling with small kids I'd recommend bringing suction blackout window covers or a slumberpod, the bedroom doors all have fogged glass in the middle which can make sleeping difficult when light comes into the room. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family get together. Home was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a fun game room. We loved watching fireworks from the deck.

A few of the bigger disappointments:- [ ] The arcade games are not working, kids were very excited about these due to the cabin advertising- [ ] No Christmas tree or decorations as we were told- [ ] Hot tub set at 104 and 30 hours in it won’t get higher than 88- [ ] Bunk bed broken in multiple places and sways, unstable and not safe - [ ] Multiple broken chairs inside and out that are not usable - [ ] Had to manually clean the downstairs heater filters to get it to work - [ ] Main floor right bedroom shower is filthy with black hair all around the drain that is very slow and the toilet seat was very noticeably loose upon walking in first time - [ ] Advertised shower shampoo/wash dispensers are broken/empty - [ ] Deck and patio furniture missing, not set up as advertised - [ ] Trashed plastic fire pit stairs just tossed down hillside, not an enjoyable woods view from deck. The view of the strip is nice. Enjoyed the fireworks. Great location. maintenance and kitchen supply needs improving. This cabin has great potential if clear expectations can be met between owner/host and a maintenance/cleaning team.

Wasn’t completely clean,the door was unlocked when we got there,1 of the showers didn’t work,the sink in the lower bathroom adjacent to the game room is cracked (doesn’t hold water it poors on the floor)

Location and Amenities A+

This house was located close to the action yet felt quite nestled in the woods. It was well stocked and left us wanting for nothing. As advertised, we watched the Dollywood fireworks from the deck each night. The beds were very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great place

Four generations came to Pigeon Forge to get together and go to Dollywood. We had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway for the Family!

Our very large family of 15, ages 10-82, stayed for 3 nights in early March and had an amazing time. The house is perfectly located off the strip in a very quiet area. Outside had numerous areas to sit and relax. During the day we got the views of the Smokies and at night we had campfires and got in the hot tub. The kids, ages 10-20, all enjoyed the game room and watching movies at night. The house was very clean and fun to hang out at. We plan to visit again at the end of the summer. Thanks! Dan

Nice home

Main residence very nice. One of the bedrooms and the kids game room is not accessible from the main residence. It has its own entrance. Very nice but, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving 8 & 5 year old alone. Nobody can hear them if they need something.

Best spot for peace

This property was everything and some.. Very clean and great view for the fireworks from Dollywood.. Very spacious and all the bedrooms had a full bath in each.. I will definitely stay here again.. Love it. ❤️

Pigeon Forge TN cabin

The house has a great kitchen area with a large unique dining table for meals. Each bedroom was a good size and had their own bathrooms. The game room was a hit with the children, and the decks were beautiful with a great view. The lower level with a bedroom and the game room, were not accessible from the main house, but by their own entrance on the lower level. Close to so many attractions in the area, a great time had by all of us.

A week of crazy funx

We were 13 from 7 months to ninety. The house worked out nicely. We were out most of the day and stayed in at night. We all enjoyed the house we made it our home away from home for a week.’

Very Nice

The cabin was very spacious and clean more than enough beds for everyone. The only issue we had was 2 of the TVs wouldn't connect to the wifi but that really wasn't much of problem, other than that it was perfect!

Great place, beautiful property and very clean and quiet

Wonderful rental, very nicely decorated and had mostly everything we needed. Only thing misleading is it shows it has a pool but the pool is a good drive away. Wish we had known that prior. Hot tub was really nice though, kids loved the lights and the fire-pit and the firework views.

Amazing home- perfect location and very responsive owners.

Highlights- Clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room to spread out for multiple families with diverse interest and ages in kids. Enjoyed staying here and relaxing after a day of actives. 4th of July week- we love getting our 3 families together. This year we had a set of grandparents come with us. The issues for us has always been making sure all of us have an appropriate amount of beds and bathrooms. This year adding the grandparents increase that challenge, while still trying to keep the price reasonable. This home was perfect, each set of adults had their own bedroom and bath. The downstairs was great for the older kids they could stay up later and play in the arcade. Each room had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Additional beds allow for smaller kids to stay with parents. Our 7-year-old stayed with us in our room. Our group chooses to cook or utilize the kitchen as much as possible over going out to eat. It’s just easier, than trying to gather all at a restaurant. This kitchen is one of the most well stocked, we as a group have seen. The only time we had to do dishes was when we filled up the dishwasher. We had a chef come in to cook for us and he was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked as well. For anyone coming to this area, if you are looking for someone to cook while you relax- Chef Ray was wonderful, easy to work with and the food was fantastic fruitfulvintagechef.com The multiple decks allowed everyone to either gather together or find a quiet spot to read. Each night we enjoyed the fireworks from the upper deck. This is a wonderful home to spend time with family, and enjoy some downtime. The activities we enjoyed while in the area- finding a lake and taking a boat out, whitewater rafting, golf, and horseback riding through the mountain. In short, we would go back to this home again. Wonderful place to stay!

The property was great! The only problem we had was Vrbo did not give us the access code at 4 but as soon as I called, she gave me the code right away and explained everything to me! I will definitely use her cabins in the future! It was a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay! The game room was amazing and the hot tub was WONDERFUL after a full day of dollywood! Can't wait to go back!!

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION SECLUDED JUST ENOUGH!

The property is very nice, unfortunately several items were not working or acceptable. 1. Ashtrays on deck left full of cigar and cigarette butts...none of us smoke so it was kind of gross. 2. The couch has a lot of food and garbage in between the cushions and in one section that attracted some ants as it was candy. We cleaned out that section. But the rest needs to be vacuumed thoroughly. 3. Not that we needed it but it would be cool to see it function the indoor fireplace didn't work. 4. Outdoor gas fire pit did not light right or work properly (Sent pic or video to owner)and appeared to be disassemble slightly. Without this at night on back deck bugs were killing us so we didn't sit outside. 5. the outdoor deck lighting on upper deck does not light along railing...the lower deck in back lights up fine. 6. The basement bedroom is not noted that you must go outside to use it. Very awkward and the ac unit in that room makes so much noise we could not leave it on at night. 7 The main TV wiring is all out of unit that the amplifier is mounted in.( not pro installed or someone too it apart) TV does work but needs some wires reattached for full function. We took pictures of all these items when we noticed them so we would not get blamed for them. If you would like the pics let me know We were happy to stay here but felt the upkeep could be better for the amount we paid. Thank you William S Smits

Amazing Property

There were 11 in my party, 5 adults and 6 children. This house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has its own private bathroom. The children loved the downstairs basement area and game room. There are amazing views from the deck, and a very nice hot tub outside under the gazebo. The owner is very accommodating and understanding. This property is only a few miles from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Great location and wonderful property.
