« My husband and I chose this location traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to stop for a break. The hotel is very out of date. It took 20 minutes to check in with paper processes while the clerk stared at my husband the whole time. Then she tells me I’m all set without giving me a room number or keys. « Room very nice and clean with nice colors. Good Breakfast with meat and eggs. The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style. Out of 6 Red roof I went to, it is probably the nicest. »

« Had noisy upstairs peeps ,but overall comfy bed clean sheets hot shower and good free breakfast,we had BNG that morning, I would stay here again ! »

« The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful »

« I mean honestly you get what you pay for, the room was clean as long as you don't mind roaches coming in from the AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a downtown location near several gas stations, stores and restaurants. »

« We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson. »
