„Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. We only spent one night. We had an engagement and got back very late (around 3am) and the front doors were locked and no way to use a room key to get in? We pushed the buzzer several times with no response. After about 5 minutes several staff members just happened to show up and let us in, thank goodness. This needs to be adressed. „The staff was very nice. Always trying to make me comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is run down but never felt unsafe. Property is pretty clean. A little trash here and there but cared for. Parking was good. I would stay again. “

„Checked in with my husband & 7years old in the evening; waiting time was forever, as the hotel receptionist was on the phone. The lobby is a construction zone, cockroaches crawling around, business center closed, breakfast room closed and moved somewhere else. The breakfast was bad, coffee was not provided. „Nettes hilfsbereites freundliches Personal, Lage für unseren Zweck optimal, Frühstück Auswahl für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Zimmer bzw. Suite schön groß und angenehm eingerichtet. Keine Badewanne aber geräumige Dusche. Würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.“
