« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »

« The foldout couch was visibly dirty and had holes. It was broken and unusable. The bedding provided for it was threadbare and terribly scratchy.
The wallpaper was peeling and the carpet was sticky. The floors were uneven and lumpy.
The air conditioner was not cooling the room.
The lobby of looked great. And the bathroom appeared to be clean. So there's that.
We made the decision to make the drive home in the middle of the night rather than stay. »
