Parking:
Please only park between the fence railing guides. Do not park to the left of the house, as there are septic lines underground.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet.

Fire Pit Use
Only the provided fire pit may be used, and fires must remain small. Please use the hose to fully extinguish the fire after use.

Accessibility
The home is primarily single-level; however, there are 4 steps required to access the front door.

Exterior Security Cameras
There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance for exterior security monitoring only.

Neighborhood & Road Access
The cabin is located in a quiet community of 10–12 small cabins set back in the woods. Westgate Circle is a one-way road. When the road splits, stay to the right. Please exit the neighborhood the opposite way you entered.

Water Access
Guests may access the small creek behind the cabin. The nearby lake is private property and is not accessible to guests.

Owner’s Storage
An owner’s closet and the exterior storage shed are not accessible to guests.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
