Our location is perfect for spotting shooting stars. More of an adventurist? Open the back gate and the whole forest is yours to explore. Close to Sunrise Park Resort and right next to the Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club. A rental agreement & ID are required or the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Perfectly set up for a family get away! The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to take full advantage of the amenities. The game room in the garage was a hit, but our favorite place to hang out was definitely the backyard. That view was incredible! The whole family enjoyed watching the wildlife just being outside and off their phones! The location was also ideal for our favorite fishing spots. We'll definitely be back!

We loved this property! Clean as a whistle with upscale furnishings and nicely stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds with lots of room to spread around. We particularly enjoyed the patio and back yard area. Private, quiet with an unobstructed view of the forest that is just a few steps away. Country enjoyment at its best. Lots of things for kids from video games to ping pong, to bike riding etc. Host was very responsive. Couldn't ask for a better get away at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This property exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are too numerous to list. Everything you could possibly need has been thoughtfully provided.One of the highlights was the incredible setting. The property backs up to the forest, and we enjoyed watching birds, squirrels, wild horses, and even cattle wander through. It was peaceful, scenic, and exactly what you hope for when staying in Pinetop.The owners were wonderful to work with. They were responsive, accommodating, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the house guide was one of the most complete and helpful we’ve ever seen.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped home in Pinetop with amazing hosts and a stunning natural setting, I highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bearfoot Cabin. Sitting on the patio was very pleasant and since the property borders the forest it felt private and secluded. We felt like it was a place we would definitely consider returning to next summer if still available.

Wonderful host with great communication. Beautiful property with everything you could possibly want for a mountain getaway or a work trip in the White Mountain region. One of the best values we've experienced with vacation rentals and we've stayed at many. I manage a vacation rental in another state and can say that this cabin is very well managed. I give it my highest marks. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay and the Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect spot to enjoy family time. The location was fantastic as well as the cabin which was beautiful. Plenty of stuff to do (the kids barely touched their phones) at the cabin and the surrounding area. If you are looking for a nice get away from the city, this is it! Would definitely stay again.

Was our second time staying at this fabulous cabin and again didn't disappoint! Well equipped with everything we needed. Amazing view of the forest and close to our favorite restaurants!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the forest. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely love to stay there again. Loved the hot tub and the game room!

This house is perfect for a family get away no matter the season. Very clean, well stocked and cozy! Communication was quick and easy with the property management. Will defiantly being staying here again!

Such a great place to stay

We loved this cabin so much. It’s our favorite place we’ve ever stayed while in Pinetop. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the views of the woods out back are perfect. Everything was so great with the house. Very clean with comfortable beds and seating. So much to do too! Our favorites were sitting out back enjoying the sound of the wind through the trees, ping pong (LOTS of ping pong), and the games in the garage. It really was the perfect place for our family of four to stay.

This property is worth every penny. It is super clean and comfortable. Has everything you need and the location is perfect. We had such an amazing stay and would recommend 100%. The landlords were super accomodating, had great communication. and are very nice.

Pinetop Biking Experience

The Vrbo was in a neighborhood close to mountain biking as well as smooth hard surface roads suitable for general biking. The accommodations were very comfortable. 5 Stars for sure!

Outstanding cabin with a private view!

We are beyond satisfied with our stay at the Bearfoot cabin. It's clean, spacious, and equipped with so many amenities to make our stay easier. The game room was a hit! We were able to see some wildlife (coyotes, squirrels, and birds) right from the big beautiful windows! We booked our stay for winter activities but we will absolutely book again for future trips year round! Exceptional cabin!

House is as advertised. Updated and modern with a great backyard view of the National Forest. Very peaceful and quiet, great neighborhood, close to local restaurants and popular outdoor activities. You will not be disappointed. Great place to create memories.

Perfect home for a family

This home has it all… views, beautiful yard, bikes, hot tub, games, comfy beds, and nicely decorated interior. Loved the big windows and the patio! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right next to National forest. We cooked all our dinners there and found all the cookware and appliances we needed, right down to children’s plates. We would definitely stay here again.

Forest View

This is our second summer renting from the Pippins. This is a wonderful property where the back yard backs up to the Forest. Its quiet and peaceful while relaxing on the deck and bbq outside. The inside is immaculate, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with pans, appliances, spices, etc. Its close to town for shopping & dining. A wonderful place to stay for a week or more!

Family Getaway

Our stay at Bear foot Cabin was Fantastic. Todd and Ruth had their home equipped with everything we needed and more. The home and area are beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to look out into the forest from any window. The game room, jacuzzi, fire pit, fire place, and forest provided so many opportunities to make memories. This place is a gem!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
