« We took our grandsons here as they requested a cabin in the woods to honor their parents that have passed away. We wanted to create new good memories for them. Their parents took them camping and to cabins all the time. »

Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. »

« The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. The property itself was spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a dining room/living room combo area and a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. « Great place, very peaceful and nice big yard for my pups to play. Big comfortable beds. Nice antique furniture pieces throughout the house. The best for us was the tip on taking a trail walkable from the house, down to the upper Truckee river. Beautiful weather helped make it a great stay. »
