« The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day. »

« Kirkwood is hard to beat! Chris was a great host! Very responsive when we had some questions. This building is easy to get in/out, and parking was great. The condo provided everything we needed! It was exactly as described and met all of our expectations! »

« My wife and I had a great stay here. The space was perfect for two and had everything we needed. So many extras were graciously provided - snacks, water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, travel size tissue packets, hand sanitizer and lip balm. We especially loved the large, gorgeous outdoor deck and soaking bathtub. Very comfortable bed - this is the perfect place to get away and truly relax. Location is great, too. »

« I booked this rental for a bachelorette weekend with nine women and we had a great time! The host was very communicative and accommodated our requests, which was really nice. The house is spacious and clean, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. The backyard view was so pretty! I loved seeing the sunsets and birdwatching from the deck. Other reviews saying outdoor...

« We had a great stay. House was comfortable for all of us and well-located to a nearby market and Sierra at Tahoe ski resort. Our only complaint was that the kitchen lacked some basics: aluminum foil, saran wrap, salt, etc. – but that's an easy fix. Will be back! »

« This was family time to get to know each other since the family is becoming one; we had an absolute best family time at this house we could not ask for more! Location was the best and Zorka and Julio were the best…top rated! Definitely would rent again. »

"Éviter cet établissement ? Nous avons la chambre juste au dessus de la laverie de l’hôtel notre lit tremblait jusqu’à 22h du soir et des 7 h le matin !!! Petit dej très limite pour un Hampton ! Vraiment très déçu 😞 "

"Super endroit idealement situé entre downtown et le bord fu lac. Excellent rapport qualité prix (voyage mi avril). Ce qu il faut pour passer de bons moments. Mention speciale pour le billard gratuit. Petit dejeuner simple mais efficace. Motel avec du cachet, propre et un bon lit. Ce que l on cherchait. Par contre Si vous etes amateur de chaines aseptisees...passez votre chemin. On garde un tres bon souvenir de notre cote! (Road trip d un mois aux US)"

"Tres bon hotel et bien placé. Seul bemol, j ai du payer 10 dollars par jour pour le parking. Il faudrait le rajouter sur votre site pour ne pas etre déçu lors du paiement. Sinon, beaucoup de restaurants autour de l hotel et un acces facile à la route principale."
