House overall is nice and the location is great. But there were a lot of defects.Slow internet, donât plan on using wifi.Slow Roku and TVs, will take you 10 minutes to get a show going.Handles to balcony were off so we couldnât access.Vacuum cleaner cord had exposed wires.AC wasnât working, reported it and no one fixed it.Dryer only works on one setting (very hot).
Excellent location. Nice kitchen and garage. There were a couple of bikes (we didn't use). Roof-top deck with small tables and great views. Walking distance to nice restaurants and down to the pier. But steep! Only for people who can climb stairs easily. Three full sets of stairs to get to top floor. Two sets to main floor. Host Melinda communicated well. Easy checkin/checkout with lock-box. Effectively sleeps 4-5 (pull-out couch old/bent --- so can only sleep one shorter person on the couch itself). Needs upkeep/repairs: Door handles to deck and closet doors and some blind slats falling off. Washing machine rocks/loud knocking sound. Dryer doesn't dry. Would stay again if these repairs made.
The doors to the mid level balcony werenât operable⊠that was disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stay. For the price we felt we got good value.
The property exceeded our expectations. The location was so nice. Being able to walk to the beach, pier, and shops was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
The property was perfect for our needs. They included everything we needed (kitchen supplies, towels, etc.). The large garage parking fit two cars and was very convenient. The roof top deck is a great hang out space with grill and fire pit table. It's an easy walk to most everything in Pismo Beach. I would stay again.
This property was well equipped, luxurious and an easy walk to the down town and wharf areas. My only complaint was that the upstairs bathroom light didnât work and requires maintenance. Having a large two stall garage was very nice and comforting. I will look for this to be available again. Cheers
We had a great time! Very large two car garage left ample room for our bikes. Everything was clean and worked with a well stocked kitchen. Very nice gas stove! Close to the beach on a quiet street. Some freeway noise, but not terrible. Fridge was a little noisy, but not terrible. Master bathroom sink faucet a little low water pressure, but manageable. Very roomy with very cool roof deck. Overall helped us have a great weekend. We would definitely stay here again!
Location is great. House could use some TLC. Outside areas needed cleaning, more bath towels, kitchen could have nicer glasses, only one champagne, no large pot, cookie etc.sheet
We really enjoyed our stay in Pismo. The property was much larger than we anticipated and the drive-in garage was a super bonus. The bedrooms and living area being on different levels was great so our son could go to bed early and we didn't need to worry about noise.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space and we loved having several bathrooms. It was clean, well maintained and a close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Such a cute beach town for all ages!
We just stayed at the townhouse last weekend and really enjoyed the amenities and the location! We had everything we needed for our stay, it was nice that there were 2 master suites, both with a full bath and an additional half bath upstairs. The balcony and deck had great views, and the small complex was very quiet and well kept. Within a quick walk to the beach and shops or the many dining options. The garage was big enough for two cars and there was beach gear and a couple of bikes available. There are a lot of stairs as this is essentially a 3 story house, not a problem for us, my elderly dad stayed with us and he did just fine taking the stairs slowly and carefully, so just a heads up if you do have mobility issues. We were aware there were stairs before we booked. The home is nicely decorated and had plenty of towels for our needs. The kitchen has most things you would find in a rental, there were working tv's in all the rooms. We have been coming to Pismo each summer for a least 20 yrs, we used to stay in the condo's by the cinnamon roll place but this townhome has a much more comfortable space and an easy stroll to beach! Thanks for the great stay!!
The house was perfect for our vacation. It had everything we needed. And we loved how it was a short walk to the stores and beach. There was just a few little things broken that youâd expect to be working (like the handle to open the French doors to go outside or the blinds). However, those damaged things did not impede us from enjoying our stay.
Pros - location is great, walking distance to the pier and Splash Cafe, Brads, the beach, etc. etc. 2 bikes were on site but not used. Unit was very clean and well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Beach towels and chairs were available but not used as we brought our own. Views from 3rd and 4th floor balconies were good.
Cons - low water pressure in master bath and kitchen. Door handle to 3rd floor balcony was broke but deadbolt worked fine. 3 sets of stairs! It would have been nice if the elevator had been available although we understand the reasons why...
Stayed here for the Pismo Beach Classic Car Show weekend. The location was perfect. Off the main street, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were very happy with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The roof top deck was great. It was perfect for watching the car cruise along Price St. A big bonus was being able to use the garage for my husband's classic car. The only negative thing was we wished we had decided to stay longer!
This property was perfectly located for walkability to everything you need in Pismo...we only needed our car when we went to Avila beach for the afternoon. We walked to breakfast both mornings we were there and walked to the pier with our 3-year-old and 1-yr-old (in stroller) the day we arrived. If you do have younger kids, be aware that there are a lot of stairs, but baby gates are available and you get better about leaving what you need on the floors you need them. The garage was huge and a great add, and we loved having the doors open to the balcony.
