« We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

« The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and the ability to bring our dog. The vacation rental management company charged an additional $49 booking fee on top of what VRBO listed. »

« Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

« Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired. »

« We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you! »

« This house was so perfect for our family vacation. The front house is better than the pictures and description. We used the back house only for sleeping and it was very comfortable and clean. In the front main house we used the kitchen for almost every meal. It is well stocked and everything worked well. The living area is open and roomy. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens and blankets. We did not use any of the beach gear in the garage so I don't know anything...

The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value. »

« We had a fantastic stay in your condo for our sisters trip. Cozy and comfortable for the most part. The mattresses on the bunk bed could use an update but overall it was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance for anything we needed. Day trip up to Hearst Castle was easy. Morning walks on the beach were amazing. Kitchen was great for easy breakfast and homemade dinners in when we weren’t enjoying the restaurants close by. »
