« On the first day of our stay, we had issues with the shower clogging and flooding the bathroom. The shower is level with the bathroom floor (there is no shower curb), so if the shower is clogged, the whole room fills with water. I contacted Vacasa right away to have someone come and fix it. They said they would "alert the local team" and that they would "call me when they were on their way." The next day, after no updates, I called Vacasa back. « We stayed in this VRBO for Memorial Day weekend and it was lovely stay for two. So cute and in a quiet area while also being a short 15 minute walk right into the center of town. The VRBO host was so responsive and kind, let us drop our bags before check-in and gave her cleaning team a heads up we were dropping them off, and then on the back end of our stay reached out to let us know we could take our time leaving since they didn’t have another booking immediately following ours.
