« The unit was amazing and very spacious! We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in. It was badly needed to be cleaned. No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early. « This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip. »

Le petit dej est déni ds un sac devant votre chambre et n est pas bon et vous vous débrouillez avec votre cafetière ds la chambre ( en b&b à priori il y a le service!). « Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers. »

« This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again »
