The pictures were true to the room. The view was decent. It was in a nice area. We walked to a bunch of different venues and restaurants to complaints was that we were not told that the elevator did not work until the day of and right before check-in and our room was on the fourth floor. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was extremely difficult to walk up and down for flights of steps a couple times a day for three days. It was extremely uncomfortable. On arrival at 10 o’clock at night the passcode to the room did not work. I was on hold for long period of time trying to get someone to reset the code. Because of this, I was almost late picking up my guests from the Pittsburgh airport. The broken elevator was a huge disappointment, which makes me reconsider if I would want to book through cozy suites again because if I would’ve known this a day or two in advance, I would have asked for a room on a lower floor or canceled. I feel there should be some type of refund due to the inconvenience, but that had caused us considering we were lugging up four flights of stairs groceries, luggage and multiple bags.
