Definitely Will Stay Here Again

If you are coming to Pburgh and are looking for an ideal, safe walking neighborhood location that is clean, well furnished and affordable, def worth a look. Easy check in (after reading instructions) and easy comms. Didn’t have any reason to reach manager except for great local spots for food and fun.

Visiting Family in Pittsburgh Area

Beautiful home with everything needed for a family dinner. Easy access to Rt. 376 & Oakland for visiting relatives in the area and going on adventures. The 4 car private parking is such a bonus in this area of the city. The Host & Owners were quick to respond to our messages.

Pitt PT Program Visit

This house is exceptionally in every way! Beautifully decorated, expansive, and the best…driveway for off-street parking!! We will 100% stay here again. Only complaint, and this is coming from a dog owner myself, the house is pet friendly (I think) and there was dog hair on the furniture on the ground level. Other than this, the house is awesome! Lastly, it snowed during our visit and an easy text to the owner, and the walkways and driveway were cleared. The owner/ property manager are incredibly responsive and willing to help in any manner!

All about football

We came to Pittsburgh for an extended weekend. Three couples from two different states. The main purpose of our visit was to attend the University of Pittsburgh ( Hail to Pitt) football game and watch the Steeler game on Sunday in a local sports bar. The home is exactly as pictured. Great layout with lots of space. We could not get over how big the home actually was. Balconies were great with nice views of the surrounding area The off street parking is a bonus for a city VRBO. We had no problem parking a full size truck, mini van and sedan. Location was great. Easy to get any where we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. We did have a couple of issues- no paper towels. napkins etc. No sponge or dishcloth in the kitchen. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toilet paper and soap for the bathroom. We also had to buy some batteries as most of the remotes did not work. The home is an old row house full of charm with that being said, the floors do creak so if you are light sleeper- keep that in mind. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing property

This property is truly beautiful! It was right in the Southside Flats, walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. It is also very close to downtown. The house was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The primary suite is gorgeous with the most spectacular shower!! We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be staying here again!

City life

We live in the country so this is so different from my normal life. But we really enjoyed the house and the area! Walked to several good restaurants in the area and was a close drive to downtown as well. Felt safe! Everyone was so friendly!! The host was easily accessible and helpful and very nice!

Great south side location

Perfect spot to serve as home base for a visit to Pittsburgh. The off street parking made it easy to call this house home for our first visit to my son at his new job. Just down the road from the Incline and a quick drive to museums and the Strip District. The kids took in a Penguins game while we grandparents walked to local restaurants and daily hikes by the river. The 3rd floor suite feels like staying in a 5 star hotel!

House was perfect! Spacious... clean... kitchen well equipped. Walking distance to great restaurants. 8 minute drive to the stadium. We will definitely be getting it again when we come back!

I absolutely loved this vrbo, it was convenient to get around by walking, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The 4 car parking was amazing, not having to worry about parking in the city is great. The place was huge and well updated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

3 floors of awesome

Everything with our Pittsburgh trip was awesome! Beautiful, CLEAN, chic, huge, updated home! Brandon was an amazing host communicated with us prior our stay and telling us what we needed for the home. He checked in with us the first night giving us great recommendations locally to eat and play! We had few questions during our stay about some local points and he answered quickly with accurate information! Great host! The home is absolutely perfect! Our dogs were scared of the steps so we had to carry them up aNd down the floors but that we never imagined would be an issue 🤷‍♀️We didnt utilize the second floor at all but third floor was awesome the shower was FANTASTIC!!!! Each floor had a wet bar w refrigerator and balcony. Main floor had everything you need to cook (grocery store few blocks away ), half bath, nice tv w all popular streaming apps, and dinning area ! Outside area was perfect- fully fenced w privacy fencing and driveway YES DRIVEWAY- no public parking lot or street parking ! Address was little tricky bc address leads u to front of home but u use rear to enter but nothing anyone couldn't figure out in a few turns! Overall perfect! This was a perfect get away for my other half and myself but easily could have invited our kids and their friends and fit comfortably! Carson street had everything we needed and then some! Neither of is drink and were worried bc it is a bar scene and it was St patty parade weekend but it is a nice mix of bars and restaurants or pubs! Inclines were close drive and downtown was just over a bridge ! Very nice would absolutely stay again! Much thanks to Brandon for an amazing stay!!!

2022 Christmas Holiday at Pittsburgh South Side Flats residence.

Our family all enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. It is a lovely house nicely decorated and well equipped for a group of eight. We stayed there over the Christmas holiday with light snow and very cold temperatures and the house was pleasantly warm the entire time on all three floors. The beautiful master bath shower was a luxurious start to my mornings. The kitchen was a joy to work in with a good size refrigerator, a five burner stove and a wet bar. Previous vacation rentals we stayed at had minimum cookware but this house had sufficient pots and pans, baking casseroles and dishes and enough dinner ware for our party of eight. With Giant Eagle and Aldi grocery stores within easy walking distance I could have cooked our holiday meals with ease and wish I had rather than having it all catered. Also within easy walking distance were a choice of quit a few restaurants and a couple of retail stores for last minute Christmas shopping. Both Brendon and Tony from the house management were very helpful and responsive to our needs. One item to take note of is rather then four separate bedrooms the fourth bedroom is in fact the living room and it worked well with conformable sleeping arrangements and blackout curtains but once all our guests arrived it did lend itself to earlier endings to our social evenings then we would have normally had. All in all it was a delightful stay and I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Stunning getaway spot in the heart of Pittsburgh <3

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Brandon went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed during our stay (made sure we had a full size coffee pot and personally delivered blankets). The house is large and spacious, giving your group the space they need. We enjoyed games and laughter on the 3rd floor rooftop balcony and in the large kitchen/living space on the main floor! Wet bars are located on every floor next to the balconies as well as keurig coffee machines - which is nice if you are awake before others and want to enjoy a cup of coffee on your floor's balcony! Very well thought out plan!! I HIGHLY recommend this location!! Walking distance to several bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I plan to book again in the future!! THANK YOU!

Loved this place!

Well positioned, modern and upscale home in an older/updated/vibrant section of Pittsburgh with an abundance of unique restaurants within walking distance. We were close to casino, museums and shopping. This property was priced just right due to its many amenities .Owner was receptive and promptly answered our questions- checkin and checkout process was quick and easy.
