Bien juste pour une nuit.
Personnel à l accueil pas serviable ni aidante pour des étrangers. La chambre était correcte,lit confortable,propre manque un sèche cheveux et la cafetière mise à disposition ne fonctionnait pas . En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner celui ci se résume au strict minimum. Et si vous arrivez trop tard il n y a plus grand chose.

The room was a little small and could use a little updating however, it was a quiet hotel. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants pretty much anything you might need.

As reported to the front desk, I entered my room and noted what appeared to be blood stains on the floor in front of the bed. I reported this and was advised that maintenance had left for the day and that she would have to gain management approval to move my room which would take time and "discomfort" for me.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come. By then, there was a line behind us of 8 other people trying to check in too.

Mother's Day weekend was enjoyable in Pittsburgh and staying at Microtel was affordable for my budget. I booked on Expedia and the Microtel was a good place to stay. It was in a shopping area location near the Pittsburgh Airport. My room was clean, and everything was working properly. There was a light breakfast free of charge, which included bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal packets, and apples. I am happy with my stay and hope to stay again in September during a wedding weekend in Pittsburgh.

We checked into our room and everything seemed fine until I accidentally knocked over a box of opener tissues and found a needle inside. We took it down to the front desk and they just said sorry one time and continued with their conversation. The sheet material made parts of my skin breakout and there was a weird stain on the window seat. All hotels are required to change out tissue boxes if they are open and I can understand if it was an accidental mistake but making it seem like finding a needle in the room was ok is what I can’t get passed

I stayed here for one night with my fiance and daughter, upon arrival i can tell the place was a bit run down. When i booked here i wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but the pictures looked clean and i figured for one night it should be fine. Well i was terribly wrong, we got into our room and my daughter immediately says the bed is dirty, i looked and sure enough the top sheet had some stains on it. i then went to the bathroom and the shower was disgusting it was dirty all over and the shower curtain was black on the bottom, i called to change the room and they couldnt but sent the cleaning people to come they changed the sheet and i had to ask repeatedly to clean the shower FINE it was one night and we were leaving for the night anyway. The next morning which was the day we were leaving i noticed a huge stain on the mattress (the sheet lifted a bit from my daughter sleeping) that was it we left we complained again the manager looked at me with no reaction. Next day my fiancé is itching and has bumps all over his body, face, arms, back and legs. Thankfully me and my daughter are ok but he has never had this before, we are assuming the place had bed bugs but he is going to the DR to confirm. Place was terrible, even for one night.
