« We will definitely be back! »

« This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay! The condo is very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the location was fabulous! You simply walk out the front door and cross the street to the beach access. It’s on the ground floor, no stairs to deal with. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach on St. George Island is just gorgeous. We saw dolphins every day. My husband enjoyed fishing from the shore...

« Perfect little 2/1.5 right in the heart of St George Island. We were able to walk anywhere we went. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops, and lighthouse museum. Condo was as described and was very well stocked with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances. Plenty of bath towels, plus beach towels. Paper products and soap etc also supplied. Stayed with my mom and teenage daughter and it was perfect. »

« The place was nice. It was a little dated, the furniture and accessories, but okay. It could use a thorough cleaning, and modest upgrade, but it's still okay. Some of the electronics didn't work, i.e. hair dryer, bedroom lamp, keurig coffee maker. We left a day early when a storm hit the area. Not the best lodging we ever rented, and not the worst either. I did not like making the initial reservation with Expedia, then having it turned over to VRBO. Not a fan of VRBO. »

« This condo is very comfortable and clean. The amenities are modern, and the beds are comfortable. The host met all of our basic needs (dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher pods, etc.). The property has a board walk to the beach and pool. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. Communication with management was excellent. Our stay was delayed because of a mandatory evacuation of the island due to a storm; the management team communicated with us through out the delay. Everyone in my family had a great time. »

« The condo is so tastefully done, beautiful kitchen and so comfortable to be in! The owners are warm and friendly to communicate with. The warmth transfers to this little abode as well. We had a great time! »

« The property was everything as described. Beach access was right across the road which made things very easy when taking chairs, etc. with us. A jump into the pool after a long day at the beach was so relaxing. The pool was never crowded because there's only six rentals on the property. The instructions given beforehand were very clear so we had no misunderstandings. The only thing I would improve on is the number of bath towels and wash cloths. We were a family of four and there were only two...

« Everything good but only one bathroom »

« We love the location of the property. Near everything and bike path across the street. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Kind of busy with street noise during the day but totally quiet in the evening. Love the wraparound porch and breezes from the Gulf. Be sure to check out the sunset from the fishing pier »

« My family of four had a great time at A Place in the Sun. The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. Will be back! »

« This was our first time ever vacationing in St George Island. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Susan was great, and extremely quick to respond to any questions. The property was gorgeous and right on the beach. The view is amazing, beach was not crowded at all. Perfect location for us. We had everything we needed, cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo, and ate dinner out. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. »
