« The hotel offering high level of service. You will feel the caring from housekeeping and their restaurants and front desk. The room is clean, good space. Enjoy so much in the stay. Sure will pick this hotel again in the future visit Louhe city. One thing to improve, cleanness for changing room of swimming pool. And some customer smoking in non smoking public area. »

« I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone for 9 nights. The place is clean, quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. I don't speak or understand Chinese, but the staff were all very patient and we managed to communicate just fine. If you are in the area I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for certain!! »

« Séjour confortable, excellent petit déjeuner et lounge très agréable. Quelques bémols : changement obligatoire d’ascenseur pour le parking et pour la piscine. Les equipments en chambre (prises électriques) sont très abîmées. Le wifi fonctionnait mal le premier soir. Nous n’avons pas eu la reservation prévue (vue lac) car il ne restait que des chambres fumeurs dans cette catégorie. »

« Everything was great. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. The room was spotless and the view next to the river was amazing. The breakfeast was superb as well. I reccomend the beef dumplings 100%. 10/10 I will stay here again. »

« 1. Enjoy a new 5 stars hotel but pay less than in big cities 2. Like the breakfast: most are Chinese but enjoy western style food 3. Local people think it is too far from old town, and most of visitors drive themselves. You have to call taxi yourself but they help if you need, and it is pretty easy to visit each place by taxi. 4. Local food is really delicious and cheap. »

« We had an amazing stay at Hilton in Heze! The hotel is very comfortable, clean, modern, nicely decorated and overall excellent. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our inquiries! The restaurant and breakfast was great as well.
