Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- Air conditioning is available in the conservatory and the games room: leaving it on will, of course, cool the other rooms as well.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- There is a security camera at the front of the property, facing the car park and the entrance. The camera will be switched off during your stay.
- The shed at the back of the house does not belong to us.
