« I am a very simple person but when I got to a hotel two things are priority... cleanliness and kindness of staff. This hotel provided neither. We checked into our room and there was food on the floor that easily should of been swept up. The bed sheets and comforter all had stains on them. The sofa couch cushions were covered in stains.
