When we arrived, after making full payment and had a reservation number, we were told they did not have a reservation for us, and they had no condo to sleep 5 available. I traveled with my wife and kids to Mexico and ended up with nowhere to stay. After working with customer support for over an hour. there was nothing they could do to get us in. „The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime. „Super location, right next to couple grocery stores, blocks from great places to eat. Easy walk to Fifth Ave. Owner super helpful and took care of few things we did ask for. Everyone was friendly, highly recommend it.“
