Beau petit loft d'où j'ai travaillé via skype pendant 12 jours (très bonne connexion internet). À 1km de la plage ou 10min de marche. Staff super aimable et attentionné. Pas trop bruyant, près de plusieurs commodités

Pro's: 1) Staff are VERY friendly 2) Rooms are clean (and recleaned regularly) 3) A block from Walmart 4) Fairly short walk to 5th Ave. (Tourist street) 5) Budget friendly 6) Kitchen area makes it super easy to make a quick breakfast/lunch and eat with family. Con's: 1) Lobby could use a coat of paint / lighting. (Semi dark entry area, paint peeling on walls - To clarify this is ONLY the lobby, rooms are great). 2) Not very handicap accessible. (More so putting this here as a heads-up if anyone needs). 3) Bathrooms have a small (close to ceiling) window facing into the hallway of the building (for ventilation).

The property was very clean and the location was great! Right across the street from a. Walmart . Plenty dinning and stores, just a few blocks from the beach. The building it 5 stories and there is no elevator. The front desks guy is from Poland and super nice and helpful and offered to take my things upstairs. He does speak very good English and Spanish . Building very secure.

It was a nice condo feeling. We had a bunk bed in children room and kids had a blast. Kitchen and utensils were very functional and microwave was handy. Walmart us a block away and convenient. Will definitely come again.

Buena ubicacion, cerca del centro y quinta av. Aunque esto hace que haya mucho ruido por la noche y se dificulte dormir. Eso dependera del tipo de viaje que hagas. Las chicas de la recepcion muy amables.

The modernity and spaciousness, a great base for day trips to beaches, Cozumel, cancun or Tulum. The top quality ADO bus terminal is 3 blocks away. Walmart is 1 block from hotel. The English speaking front desk went beyond in assistance. Taxis are professional and plentiful. Value was exceptional at this studio hotel.

El edificio está bien, tiene buena Presentación, pero los detalles falla, la regadera con muy poca presión de agua y el al destender la cama el colchón presentaba unas manchas y tenía arena. Eso si el personal muy amable

Wonderful apartment
The appartment was in a fantastic location, above the best taco place in Playa, El fagon. The reception staff spoke great english and were very helpful. Kitchen well equipped with a blender a great addition. Would stay here again for sure. Also across the road from wallmart.

Rooms are tight for a family of 4, the AC not working, front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do until the morning, it was a miserable night We was treated like we didn’t know how to operate and AC unit.

Altough we would like to clarify, your complain about A/C was aproximately between 9 and 10pm, our mantainance team does not work at night, so the manager of the hotel, went to check it out, and it was functioning. Also we provide you assitance by the morning, and changed your room as you requested. All our staff answered at your complains and was helping you all time. Also rooms are just as showed at the images, at all our websites. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your staying. thank you for choosing us!

In general, the property covers what is offered very well, however, it is not friendly for the elderly or those with disabilities. It does not have an elevator, instead there are many stairs that lack a railing. The Property Administration did not want to place us on the ground floor or lower floors.

Roberto Carlos thank you for your review, altough we would like to clarify, ground floor is not available, beacuse there are no rooms available, one is storage, and the other one is the main office of the hotel. Also rooms are given by the availability of your arrival time. For example, if someone is staying at room 201, for 2 months, he is living on the buidilng and probably thats why is not available for your arrival.We appreciate your understanding.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Everything worked great ac, fridge, water, etc. The lobbies spoke good English and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It wasnot bad hotel Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were in good condition. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone , the noice was horrible. The hotel is located on a very loud street We couldnot sleep at all for two weeks. Morning , night and evening there was constant noice. We became sick because of it Overall , i wouldnot recomend this place , because of terrible noice

Check in was pretty easy except their debit card machine was down so I had to pay the second day I was there. 4/5 if you know what to expect as far as location, amenities, etc. If you aren’t aware of the location, amenities, etc I’d grade a 3.5/5. Only complaint about the room would be shower pressure was abysmal. Nice room, clean, and good amenities. Rooms come with a fridge, electric cook top, sink, microwave. 1 block away from a Walmart, about a 10 minute walk to the heart of the strip, and next door is a revered restaurant for authentic Mexican food. Overall, definitely would stay again for the price.

I was booked as a VIP member and was supposed to get water bottles on a daily basis, I think the guy that runs the place was keeping the water for himself. I got 3 bottles and stayed for 28 days, I was to receive 4 each day so 28 x 4 is 112.....i got 3 bottles. I kept asking for more. he always said yes but never pulled through My window looked into to an open vent of a bar that stays open until 1am and they start prepping 8am Prepping involves lots of chopping. So from 8am until 10 am is all chop, chop, chop continuous. Horrible stay. I felt i was in jail..
