« Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! Merci à Tom d'avoir toujours été très réactif à nos questions. »

« This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. « Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable »

« We enjoyed our week! Beautiful condo with all the things we needed. So close to the beach and loved the trails and the Marketplace as well. Neighborhood was peaceful and just what we were looking for to relax and rejuvenate! »

« We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay! »

« Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!! »

« We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks...

Spacious with a well stocked kitchen and situated on a gorgeous pondWe had lots of room to spread out in this two story house and the hosts were gracious and accomodating with their loan of fishing rods for my son. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and location! »

« The check in was simple, with a code for the lockbox. The cottage was clean and had all we needed. It was great to have newer appliances, such as washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water pressure was great. We were just a few steps back from the beach, and the sunsets and sun rises were incredible. The minor negatives were a loud a/c (although we were relieved to have that this week!), and a mattress that was a little soft for this old body. All in all, we loved it and hope to return next year!! »
