Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« Room I reserved was not available when I arrived. Whole place had an odd smell like incense. Was given a room with smaller bed. Pillows were smallest I have seen besides decorative pillows. Shower handle was very hard to turn. Worried it would break off trying to turn on water. My wife got a pizza that was possibly worst I have ever had but still expensive. We did not gamble as we were just sleeping and leaving next day traveling. Maybe a good casino (I don’t know) but hotel was not great...

« Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs »

« This is the best place to stay in this town.I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Great friendly staff My only complaint is the pool never seems to be open. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »

« We pulled in with a 24’ stock trailer and we were still able to park easily, large lot in the back for bigger vehicles. Our room, chosen because I like walk in showers, was great. The shower head was adjustable, the shower was actually a walk in, not a tub with bars around it, and there was good water pressure with temp and pressure adjustments. The bed was soft but not “sink into it soft”, giving my husband and I an excellent night of rest. The receptionist, Tracy, was very helpful and...
