Important Community Fees (Required by HOA)

This home is located in a gated community that requires guest registration. Your email and phone number will be required to book your stay with the community.
Fees include:
● $20 per vehicle (gate pass)
● Per guest (age 6+):
○ $2/day (off-season)
○ $8.50/day (summer season)
These are standard community fees (not set by us).
