At-home entertainment awaits in the lower living area complete with a poker table, bar, sofa seating, and a TV. In the evenings, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the TV. A central fireplace adds cozy home ambiance for chilly nights. HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.

Payments need to be made 5 days before check in time to avoid $100 Late registration fee
