Villa David’s is located in Podstrana, near the city of Split. With a spacious interior of 400 m2, it can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or families. The optimal number of guests is 16.

On the ground floor, there are 2 spacious living rooms with 2 pull-out sofas (165 x 195 cm) for four additional people. A modern, fully equipped smaller kitchen, dining table, and chairs allow for the preparation of various dishes. The bedrooms on the ground floor offer double beds (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into four separate beds (90 x 200 cm) with their own bathrooms and direct access to a beautiful 38 m2 pool (width 4.20 m, length 8.60 m, depth 1.40 m). There are two additional bathrooms on the ground floor. Stepping out onto the terrace, you'll find an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen, and private parking.

On the first floor, there is a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with an island, and two bathrooms. A dining table for six people is located inside each villa, while the outdoor dining area for eight people is situated on the terrace. Well-equipped bathrooms are also available on this floor.

On the second floor, there are six luxurious bedrooms. Two have their own bathrooms and king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), while the other four rooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into eight single beds (90 x 200 cm). Each pair of these rooms shares two bathrooms located next to the rooms. Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and four rooms offer stunning sea views.
