Ptit dej en buffet exceptionnel, Personnel très accueillant et très attentionné. 2 malls luxueux connectés à l’hôtel. GBK ARENA un peu éloignée (30 mn en taxi, 3 à 6 €) Dommage que Jakarta soit une ville qui ne vaut pas le détour »

« Great family stay at Kristal Hotel! We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. « Good hotel but a bit noisy »

« Hotel très bien tenu, propre, petit déjeuner correct. Mall a proximité immédiate. Juste un peu éloigné du centre de Jakarta. »
