« when I first booked through hotel.com for a non refundable flat, i was wrong on my date. Then i directly called the hotel and they were nice to change the date. They told me they had better room for which i had to pay an extra 60 aud, because they didn't have anymore free rooms.. which was wrong.. the hotel was almost empty. « Overall the property was clean, neat and comfortable. Very much a place for those looking for a quiet place to stay. The entire facility was clean, tidy but had a charm of yesteryear to it. Very much a feeling of being home. Comfortable bed which enabled good sleep and there g ore refreshed for what was next. Greeted by a lovely staff member who was genuinely interested in you but efficient and to the point regarding the premises. »
