« Spacious open space with everything you need for a long stay. The appartment is clean, fully equiped kitchen, there 's even some toiletries if you forgot something and comfy blankets for a tv night on the coutch.Good location, walking distance for the coffee shop and restaurants. Quiet place to stay. Parking is right behind the house. The communication with the host was easy and clear. I would totaly recommend this place. »

« Place is cozy and quiet and location is very practicle. Booking page mentioned check in at 1600 and checkout at 1100, but the instructions received and the ones left in the room specified 1500 and 1000. The windows don’t open at all. The two days we were there, was quite hot during the day, so the temperature inside the unit was around 24 during the night. The provided fan did help, but if the windows could open would of been even better since it was around 15-16 degrees out during the...

« Gracious host and a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Plenty of room for a couple or small family. All essential items are in the fully stocked kitchen and bath. A deep soaker tub or shower is available to you after a full day of touring the island and the large load washer and dryer is very welcome. The living room has all the comfortable seating you need, and the bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable queen size bed. Would definitely book here again. »

« The property is very well located…close to Charlottesville attractions and food/drink/entertainment options and just far enough to avoid any excessive noise. The square and surrounding streets are quiet w low traffic. The apartment was large, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with our hosts was fast, efficient and very helpful. »

« Great place. Plenty of space. There were 4 of us adults and could have easily accommodated more. Large space. Outside on deck, BBQ and all utensils you need, sit back and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Absolutely beautiful! Lawn chairs and fire pit to use. Could not ask for anything more! »

« Amazing experience. The loft was really clean with a beautiful view. My wife and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and wish we could live there. It’s in the middle of the island so you can drive to various points and enjoy them. The Mill restaurant is just down the road and we highly recommend going there. Lynn is an amazing host and made sure our time was spent well. I suggest drinking a coffee with the beautiful view to the fields to start the day. »

« We had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. .Although the building was older it was very clean and had everything we could want to make the stay enjoyable. . Everywhere was very clean and tidy, parking was ample since we had a dedicated parking space. There was a deck area with BBQ which we used and found worked very well. « This place was not our original booking. Vrbo double booked our first place so we were asked that we pick one of 2 other places to stay. We chose this one because we only needed 2 bedrooms and the other one was a 4 bedroom house. The house was very clean and we were thankful for that.The pictures do not fully show the dilapidation of the accommodation.It sleeps 7 but 7 people can't eat or sit to watch TV.
